These are the Terms and Conditions that apply to all purchases through the website FatFrogClothing.com. Distance Selling regulations Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have 7 days after receipt of goods to return them for a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected. Our company policy is to offer you 14 days from receipt of goods to get an item back to us. Personalised items are excluded from this, due to the nature of the product.
Orders can be cancelled up to any time to the point of dispatch. (except for in the case of personalised items, due to the nature of the product) Refunds/Returns Policy All goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition received. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Where an item is faulty we may at our discretion refund the return shipping cost paid. Please note that personalised, swimwear and hosiery items can only be returned when faulty, due to the nature of the product. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are in £ inclusive of VAT and delivery. We as a company reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. All products are in stock but if for unforeseen circumstance we are unable to fulfill your order you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).
All products have a digital image, these are for reference only and should be considered illustrative. By submitting your order to us you are confirming that you are aware of this fact and do not consider this to be a problem with ordering that product.
Delivery charges are calculated at the point of placing your order with fatfrogclothing.co.uk. The price will vary where the customer wants the items quicker than the standard delivery time. We will work with the courier to get your order to you as soon as possible, however we cannot be held responsible for any financial loss due to late deliveries.

We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our website. And if you decide to order by phone, no credit card details are kept.
